About Me

My name is AW, and I am a Burmese American. My favorite food is pizza, and my favorite drink is Boba.  My hobbies include playing video games, playing basketball, and solving rubix cubes. I also like to swim, golf with friends, go kart racing, and box.  I like to watch many different sports that include basketball, football, American football, and f1.  I am the oldest son of a family of 4.  I go to the University of Maryland.  I watch anime, cartoons, action movies, and K-dramas. 

Interesting facts 

 I was a part of a high school step team in high school for 2 years. I have practiced chess for 10 years. I am still not good at chess.  I have done robotics. I am also a part-time after-school teacher for kindergarten to second grade.  My 3 favorite video games are Portal 1, Uncharted 4, and Portal 2.  I do a lot of video editing in my free time.  My favorite movie of all time is Transformers. I have watched many different cartoons that include Slugterra, Ben 10, Generator Rex, and Yu-Gi-Oh.

More About Me in journalism

I would like to discuss my interest in communication across various media. I have always enjoyed journalism because of what it teaches through social media, video essays, and news articles. I have always had an interest in journalism in middle and high school.  I always like to write videos about sports or news articles about animal habitats.  I always enjoy those as hobbies. I always wanted to do more with my knowledge to make interesting articles, but I always struggle to make my videos, essays, or articles look good. 

Media Related Interest

I always liked journalism in sports. It can range from basketball to football to F1.  There is always a story to tell about these players. I liked seeing basketball on NBC and ABC, talking about the sport, and expressing opinions about the game.  I also like to do video editing. I always want to try doing a video essay for basketball and other sports. The many video essays on many different sports have inspired me to try to make some of my own. All be it some have varying success.  I always like to watch video essays on many different kinds of athletes. I also like to read news articles on what's going on in the world today. I will also look at many different social media posts on many different events that is happening around the world.
